Inspiration in Sicily

I have just returned from an incredible trip to Taormina, Sicily where I was invited by friends to the White Lotus Hotel (sadly I hadn't seen the show).

Then I spent four days on a solo retreat, enjoying time alone.

On my travels, it was so easy to be in a deep appreciation for everything.

I love that about a new place, we drop out of the intellect and into our hearts.

And of course the more I was in that feeling, the more I received kindness, invites and opportunity.

But how do we keep that good feeling at home?

It is so easy to fall back into "home thinking."

You know, that habitual, boring: "gotta do this, gotta do that" or "oh that's a mess, need to clean that" go, go, go stuff.

Well, we can make a conscious effort to keep our good feeling or create one by starting our day with appreciation.

Can you find one thing when you wake up that you feel appreciation for?

I also like to ask my Spiritual Team to guide my day, that all my needs will be met, that I would have an easy day.

In Sicily, each morning I would say my travel mantras, they work a treat and I have listed my favourites below.

Use mine or make up your own.

Life is always listening and we don't need a vacation to be in a good feeling.

We can experience our true Spiritual Nature of love, joy and openheartedness in any moment and also at home.

A rested mind really helps!

Enjoy the mantras below….

Thank You that all my expectations are met and exceeded today.

Thank You that my needs and desires are met even before I have to ask.

Thank You that I am met with love everywhere I go today.

Thank You that I meet the best people and learn what it is I need to know.

Thank you that things are always working out for me.

Thank You that I end up in the best locations and restaurants where the locals go.

Thank You that I get the best tips for where to go.

Thank You that I always have everything I could possibly need and more.

Thank You that I am now stepping into the healthiest, worthiest & most attractive version of myself.
