Prayer To Reset

Dear Spirit,

I feel out of balance.

I have grown weary, wiped out, too much action,

too much giving and still I resist being still.

Bring me to the silence within.

Give me peace and comfort there.

Allow me a new level of radical self-care.

Help me trust my wisdom when I hear it say “stop” or “slow down."

Help me turn away from an insane world that applauds so much busy-ness and instead turn within to experience your grace.

May I be at ease with the empty spaces.

For it is there that I can hear your call.

It is there I can be reborn in body, mind & creativity.

My true Self is known to you, let me see her power and strength.

Thank You for resetting me this day.
